Outcor Recruitment, a boutique recruitment company based in Rivonia is currently growing the team and looking for people-passionate and money-driven 360 Recruitment Consultants who love working with dynamic and fun people!!

We are a specialist recruitment and consulting company and our team is made up of energetic and committed business development consultants who have a love for developing long lasting partnerships with clients and candidates alike. We focus on four key industries, namely: IT, Finance, Media & Marketing and Engineering. However, we do and can assist all our clients with recruitment in all areas of their business as we provide 360-degree solutions and services that are designed specifically for each of our clients.

This role is best suited for someone who can self-manage, be target driven and who wants to grow and achieve great things! Your previous experience and track record in cold calling, business development and sales will make you successful in this role.

What will be expected of you:

  • Developing a client base and growing the business by hunting for new business as well as developing and mining a select few established clients through cold calling, networking and lead conversion.
  • Ensuring repeat and consistent business
  • Providing excellent 360 consulting services to both clients and candidates
  • Exceeding sales targets

What we need from you:

  • A tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in a new business development/sales environment (from a recruitment background preferably)
  • Be able to create and maintain their client base
  • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
  • A passion for people and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Work hard play hard ethic (Need to be self-managed and motivated to manage your performance and results and exceed sales targets, but let’s have fun doing this)
  • A resourceful nature (be able to consult with clients and create specific solutions to meet their pain points and recruitment strategies)
  • Team Player – Must be supportive and collaborative to not only create self-success but be pushed to make the team and company successful as a whole.
